Quality professions are recruiting, get trained
Whether in industry or the service sector, the quality function occupies an increasingly strategic position within a company. In the past, it was seen as a technical position that oversaw everything management put behind the notion of quality assurance, but the situation has changed. Gone are the days of frozen processes and the role of malfunction sentinel. Quality is becoming the driving force behind smoother, more flexible operations at all levels of the company, in the face of multiple challenges: cybersecurity, CSR, customer satisfaction, QWL, and so on.
All these developments explain the dynamism of the recruitment market in France in 2021, as reported by APEC: 9,242 job offers published, putting quality professions in 10th place in the hit-parade of job families with the highest number of job offers in 2021. But to be well recruited, you need to be well trained!
