It outlines best practices for structuring a CSR approach around equality, improving working conditions and managerial practices, developing a positive corporate culture… It echoes the Sustainable Development Goals, in this case MDG 5 on gender equality.
The Professional Equality Label Commission represents the interests of both employers and employees. It is chaired by the French Ministry for Women’s Rights (Service des droits des femmes et de l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes – SDFE-DGCS). In the event of a positive assessment, the company is awarded the label for a period of four years.
