AFNOR gives sports standards a human face!

Shin guards, swimming goggles, grass height, goal size… the sports we play are governed by a set of voluntary standards setting out the relevant quality, safety and performance requirements for sports materials, equipment and services… aimed at preventing any discomfort and misunderstandings!
Meet 17 AFNOR team members who have a passion and talent for the sport that occupies their time outside work, and discover 17 of the 37,000  voluntary standards designed under their supervision by experts in the sector. Best practices which improve sports grounds and make them safe…  so everyone can enjoy sports to the fullest!

Ready? Set… Go!

AFNOR voluntary standards also come into play in sport.

This ephemeral exhibition will be on display all summer long on the gates of the AFNOR headquarters on avenue du Stade de France in Saint-Denis (93), ideally located between the La Plaine Saint-Denis RER B station and the Stade de France. A popular exhibition, open to all and free of charge.
