ADR Dépannage, 1st convenience store to combine quality of service and environmental commitment – Testimony of Benoit Pruvot
Already NF Service Dépannage certified, ADR wanted to go one step further to differentiate itself from the competition. How? Combining quality of work and respect for the environment. Since January 2015, it has been displaying the Envol* label to signal its environmental approach.
Founded in 2006, the breakdown and towing company embarked on the NF Service dépannage certification process shortly after its creation. “For a service company like ours, it was essential to provide customers with a guarantee of quality. With NF Service Dépannage, we wanted to demonstrate the performance of our services,” explains Benoit Pruvot.
Certified by AFNOR Certification in 2010, the company has improved its processes and work quality, as well as its internal organization, to deliver optimal services: from customer reception to response times (under 30 minutes) and customer care. As a waste collector, the tow truck operator quickly wanted to go one step further. That’s why we’ve made a commitment to the environment, with Envol, to combine quality and respect for the environment.
“At a time when the environment is becoming increasingly important, we have a duty to be responsible and clean. […] One of the first benefits of the Take Wings approach is that we take the environment into account in our services. By combining these two approaches [NF Services et Envol*], we are more competitive and in a better position to win over our customers. What’s more, by working on the environment, we’re helping to raise awareness among other professionals and players in the breakdown recovery sector,” explains Benoit Pruvot, Managing Director of ADR Dépannage.
