AFNOR Éditions publishes “La stratégie facile ! – A strategy-building workbook”.
Building and implementing a strategy is the core activity of a business leader. This is the purpose of the original book, written by Frank Rouault and Jean Segonds, with a preface by Geoffroy de Becdelièvre, Chairman of Marco Vasco.
The principle behind the book is simple: just open it and let yourself be guided. Imagined by the two authors as a workbook, La stratégie facile supports and encourages reflection in the design of a creative strategy. Throughout the pages, the book also offers food for thought and inspiring questions to inspire innovation in professional activity. It’s a fantastic practical and operational tool to help creators, entrepreneurs and decision-makers ask themselves the right questions and clarify their ideas.
To make the most of it, readers are invited to :
- leaf through it to discover the questions it contains, locate them and know where to write down your ideas;
- Keep it with you for frequent reference;
- write down the ideas that come to mind as the days go by;
- use it to decant and refine your thoughts ;
- possibly share it, work on it with others to broaden your field of vision.
This book has been designed as a real brainstorming tool to help you build the fundamentals of strategic thinking in a practical way. It is also useful for delving deeper into the specifics of your business, providing you with a practical, operational roadmap for executing your strategy. So, decision-makers: get out your pencils for a constructive break!
