Professional equality, a major challenge for the public sector.

The inter-ministerial plan launched in October 2016 is a reminder of a fact: in local authorities too, differences in treatment exist between women and men. To remedy this, the Professional Equality label offers public-sector entities a continuous improvement approach with concrete effects.
