New EFQM Model: our conferences to inform you
The AFNOR group is mobilizing with its regional partners to present the new EFQM Model. An opportunity to seize if you’re looking for a method to assess and improve your performance, successfully transform your organization, or give more meaning to your QSE or CSR initiatives.
Expectations of new generations, scarcity of resources, digital and technological disruptions, rising CSR challenges, geopolitical uncertainties… All organizations are facing significant upheavals.
Faced with this situation, management practices cannot remain static. That’s why the EFQM Model, used by over 50,000 organizations worldwide, needed to evolve, and now it has. After 18 months’ work and a survey of business leaders in Europe and beyond, a completely revamped version is now available.
A non-prescriptive model
The new EFQM Model is a management framework designed to help organizations achieve their objectives. Suitable for SMEs, large groups, associations or public bodies, it complements an ISO 9001-type certification process. The proposed approach takes a pragmatic approach to measuring the path to successful transformation, helping to understand the gaps and available solutions. EFQM enables the organization that uses it to progress and significantly improve its performance.
The new EFQM Model is more relevant than ever to give meaning and coherence to all the improvement initiatives already underway. It is a means of aligning all actions undertaken with strategy, whether or not the organization is certified to international standards (quality, health and safety at work, environment, energy, etc.) or has a corporate social responsibility label.
