In this 5th episode of our video series “Not standard? You’re off the radar,” we focus on the voluntary standards in the field of nanotechnology and the French projects that have become international standards. Specifically, the voluntary standard XP ISO/TS 21357, published in the AFNOR collection in January 2022, validates a measurement technology for the dispersion state of nano-objects in a liquid, in their native state, avoiding aggregation or agglomeration phenomena during sample preparation.
