We offer you a choice of three formulas that will enable you to demonstrate the impact of your public action in concrete terms, and define guidelines for better collaboration with your stakeholders (ANCT, banque des territoires, members of the opposition, etc.), within your local authority.

The AFNOR Trophées de la performance publique durable (Sustainable Public Performance Trophies) are an opportunity for DGSs and DGAs to draw inspiration from their peers. The ceremony is held every year at Territorialis, the major event organized by the Syndicat national des directeurs généraux des services des collectivités territoriales (SNDGCT), our partner alongside IdealCO.
The key
You can complete the assessment on your own, in your capacity as Managing Director or General Manager, or as part of a team, with the heads of each CSR, Purchasing, Finance, Social Action, etc. department. You’ll make it a federating moment of animation and collective introspection around your organization project. The aim is not to fill it out in one go, but to return to it regularly to add new supporting documents collected from every department in your organization.
