Do you work for an OPCA? Get ready to forget that acronym! The law will transform the “organismes paritaires collecteurs agréés” into ” opérateurs de compétences ” (OPCOs). This will be achieved by reducing the number of professional branches, and by stripping them of their prerogative to collect money from companies earmarked for training. This role will be assigned to URSSAF, which will charge a single rate of 1.68% of payroll. However, the new OPCOs, in their role of directing needs towards the right training organizations, will need to ensure that they surround themselves with quality organizations.
They will be assisted in this mission by a new umbrella structure, France Compétences. Do you work for an OPCA or another organization that finances training, such as the regional council, Agefiph or Pôle Emploi? Make sure that the organizations to which you refer your candidates meet the legal requirements and offer them a quality service! So get ready to audit those with whom you contract! We do it for you, but you can do it yourself… if you take the training course!
